- Support only offered to Subscribers of Alarm Monitoring Services.com, Fire Monitoring Services.com, Elevator Monitoring Services.com, AlarmSnap.com and VirtuAlarm.com.
- Any support issues not listed above will be charged $70.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour, for over-the-phone support during regular business hours as listed below.
- Unless scheduled in advance, support is offered on a first come, first serve basis and you may experience extended hold times.
- Tier 1 support (Basic Support) is available from 6:am to 5:pm PST. Tier 2 support (Advanced Support) is limited to weekdays from 6-am to 3-pm
- We recommend scheduling any over the phone support in advance as same day availability of a support technician is limited.
- If support is scheduled, it is the consumers responsibility to call in 5 minutes BEFORE their scheduled appointed time as our technicians CANNOT call out.
- If a scheduled over the phone support is late by more than 15 minutes, or missed all together, a $35.00 reschedule or missed appointment fee is charged.
- After hours phone support is available for $150.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
