THE DD2VA OFFERS THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE RECEIVER NUMBER THROUGH VIRTUALARM.COM REMOTELY.
UL FIRE Panels require two (2) phone lines for monitoring. To reprogram the dial out number for line 1 and line 2 takes either a special programmer or the installers lock out codes. If you don't have either, adding a pair of our UL Diverters gives you the ability to change Fire Monitoring Centers without the need to unlock the alarm panel programming.
The Digital Diverters work with - (Contact ID & SIA Format Only)
(1) Unplug line #1 & Line #2 from the Fire Alarm Panel and plug them into UL-DD2 #1 & #2.
(2) In The VirtuAlarm Dashboard, enter the Caller ID of the Phone Line #1 & Line #2 in the PSTN inbound section.
(3) Enter your Central Station receiver information.
(4) Send signals. The Fire Alarm Panel will now send all signals to your new Central Station.
