As an alternative to using our ONLINE CANCELLATION FORM, you can send a written cancellation notice by U.S. Postal Services with a CERTIFIED LETTER, RETURN RECEIPT requested.

Your Cancellation Request MUST INCLUDE:

(a) Your 8 or 9-digit Alarm Account Number. (If you do not know it, visit www.ResetMyAlarm.com)

(b) Your Secret Alarm Account Password. (If you do not know it, visit www.ResetMyAlarm.com)

(c) Full Payment of Any Outstanding Balance. (Call 1-866-23ALARM to obtain your balance due.) NOTE: If you cancel your account without paying any outstanding balance, your debt will be sent to full collections upon cancellation.)

(d) All LEASED EQUIPMENT. (ie. transmitters, cameras, alarm panels, sensors etc.) (Call 1-800-365-2527 Ext #113 to Verify What Leased Equipment you may have.)

(e) A $35.00 Refurbishing Fee PER LEASED ITEM RETURNED. If any leased equipment is not returned with the cancellation notice it shall be considered as 'not returned' and the retail value will be charged to you. 

CANCELLATION REQUESTS CANNOT BE IN ADVANCE OR RETROACTIVE and THEY WILL BE CANCELLED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CERTIFIED LETTER WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION.
