Should you ever need FREE Technical Support or even an On-Site repair Technician, we offer several levels of our service programs designed to keep your costs down to a minimum.

It all starts with completing our FREE over the phone technical support request form below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • ou complete the support request ticket below, you will be assigned a ticket number and you can then call the toll free number below to speak with one of our Technical Support Staff members for FREE. (You must provide the service ticket number issued when completing the form below or a FEE may apply.)
  • Our Technicial Support Staff memebr will provide you with FREE phone support to advise you on general alarm service issues, including offering to ship new or replacement parts or order a ON-SITE SERVICE REPAIR.  (On-site service, Parts, remote programming or step through programming may be extra.) 
  •  Depending on your service issue, you will receive  immediate assistance or possibly be given a scheduled time to call back to complete your technical support call with a specific Technician.  (Technical Support Staff cannot make outbound calls, so it is your responsibility to contact them if service is scheduled.)
  • If we cannot resolve your issue with our FREE over the phone service, you may elect to schedule a ON-SITE SERVICE REPAIR at any time.
