- Any over the phone support outside of the above listed items are charged $35.00 per 1/2 hour tech support time with a 1/2 hour minimum charge.
- Over the phone support is offered on a first come, first serve basis.
- We recommend pre-scheduling any over the phone support as same day availablity is not guaranteed.
- If a scheduled over the phone support is missed a fee will be charged.
