- New Monitoring Account Set-Up.
- New Equipment Set Up - Ordered From Us.
- Alarm Signal or Communication Failure Issues.
- Removal of Test Signals. (Complete Form Below)
- Removal or Opening & Closing Signals. (Complete Form Below)
- Any over the phone support not listed above will be charged $35.00 per 1/2 over the phone hour tech support time, with a 1/2 hour minimum charge.
- Over the phone support is offered on a first come, first serve basis.
- We recommend pre-scheduling any over the phone support as same day availablity is not guaranteed.
- If support is scheduled, it is the consumers responsibility to call in at their appointed time as our technicians CANNOT call out.
- If a scheduled over the phone support is missed a $15.00 missed appointment fee will be charged.
- After hours phone support is available for $100.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
