REFUNDABLE MONITORING FEE

- If services have been pre-paid, a refund will be issued after the pre-paid discounted rate term is recalculated to the month to month rate with any unused payments being refunded to you within 30 days.
- Cancellation notice must be done online at www.CancelMyAlarm.com or by certified letter 60 days in advance of intended cancellation date.
