 CANCELLATIONS

The Service You Are Intending on Cancelling is considered a Life Safety Service.

To Protect Our Subscribers From Wrongful Cancellations, As per Our Contract Terms, The Cancellation Process Requires More Than a Simple Request to Cancel and CANNOT be done by Email or a Phone Call. 

All cancellations must be done through this website, or by sending a certified letter as detailed in the alternative cancellation process shown below.

Upon submission of your cancellation request, we will  review your request to confirm your identity and that the provided information is correct prior to processing your 60 advance cancellation notice. 

You must use your PERMANENT account number to request service cancellation.  However, if your account was never converted into the monitoring center and you do not have a permanent account number assigned to you, then you can use your TEMPORARY account number to cancel services and there will not be a 60 day notice required.

Once the review has been completed, a confirmation in the form of a final invoice from our accounting department will be sent to your original email address provided to us.  The invoice will include details of any possible final charges, conditions, security deposits or refunds required as part of the cancellation.

ALTERNATIVE CANCELLATION PROCESS

Alternative Method To This Online Cancellation Is To Make The Request In Writing, BY CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT, To Contractor At Address Shown Below, With The Following Information On The Cancellation Letter:

(A) Your Alarm Account Number.

(B) Your Alarm Premises Address

(C) Your Account Password

(D) Your Present Contact Phone Number

(E) Date Termination Is To Take Place (Minimum 60 Days Notice)

(F) Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
